A young lady in her mid-twenties, identified as, Adewura Bello, who was reported to have disappeared in Lagos on May 16 by her family and companions via Twitter has been discovered lifeless in a canal.
Her sibling, Folake, unveiled that Adewura worked in Ikeja before her unfortunate death. She said that the 26-year-old Accounting graduate from the University of Lagos last spoke to her around 7PM when she was on her way home from work.
When reports went around concerning her disappearance, one eyewitness tweeted about an occurrence where a lady who meets the deceased’s description was swept away by flood from the rain on that Wednesday around Mosan canal.
A few days later, her relative, Benjamin tweeted to verify that she has been discovered dead in a canal.
He wrote:
